Cash/Check/and all major credit cards accepted for payment with the exception of American Express

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Insurance

I am not a provider on any insurance panels, and do not bill insurance companies. You would pay me directly and submit your superbill receipt, which I provide monthly to your insurance company.

PPOs for partial reimbursement will depend on your benefits. HMOs will not reimburse for providers outside of their own network.

Special note: My sessions are for 90 minutes.
